We are currently looking for an energetic and dynamic individual,with experience in the Building Industry. Listed below are the job descriptionand a set of both required and preferred skills.

 

Description:

Generate new business opportunities through existing and newclient connections. Designing Marketing strategies, develop new clientrelationships, and networking opportunities, attend and assist at national tradeevents.  International travel will berequired.

 

Pay is Salary Base +Commission (BOE)

CRM Software Skills (Outlook, Act)

Previous Contacts within the Building Industry

Architecture or Engineering Degree (or similar)

Proven track record at Sales

Marketing experience / understanding

Bi-lingual (English and Spanish)

 

Required

Minimum of 3 years of Sales Experience

Pro-Active

Motivated

Organized

Amazing People Skills

Computer Proficient on an MS Operating System including Wordand Excel

Architectural and Engineering technical knowledge
