About the Opportunity:

You will be working for our lead architects and will be assisting the group in schematic design and CD production for corporate and retail projects: design review, design specifications, drafting, field surveys, sketching, consultant coordination and code and zoning analysis.

 

Qualifications:

 

§  Bachelor of Architecture degree preferred.

§  CAD 2002-2007 proficiency a must.

§  CAD operator with 3-5 years experience in schematic design, construction documents and detail drawings.

§  Track record of hand sketching, design process and problem solving abilities.

§  Experienced in corporate, retail and/or residential design a plus.

§  Proven ability to lead, establish trust, and empower commitment and accountability.

§  Strong organizational skills.

§  Excellent communication skills.
