If have a copy of AutoCAD at home, can telecommute 90% of the time full or part time work available. Must have residential experience. Paid per-project. -Residential CAD Experience 1-2 years -Previous work under an Architect a huge plus -Design Mechanical, Plumbing, Electrical as well as Civil, Structural & Architectural. -Produce a simple residence in 20-25 hours time if you have the skills we seek. -Juggle multiple projects in multiple submission phases. -Design and work independently, you will have minimal supervision. -Take action for the best interest of the company. -Submit work on time, we give everyone ample time to accomplish their task. -Understand each customer's specific needs and act upon them. -FOLLOW INSTRUCTIONS and ask what you do not understand. -Give and take constructive criticism, we are a team striving to be the best.
