CAFM Specialist - Interior Designer, Architect

Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are looking for a CAFM Specialist to work with team members on restack projects and creating databases for clients.

Required Skills:

Skilled in CAFM and AutoCAD software applicationsThorough understanding of BOMA Standards Strong technical data background in Reporting Software 5+ years Architectural / Interiors industry specific experience Faciliites Management or Architectural Degree AutoCAD Full and LT experience (2008 version) CAFM application experience Microsoft Office Suite and Project Reporting Application experience (Example: Crystal Reporting) Database Application experience (Example: Access, Sequel)
