CFO - mold and mature the finance function of rapidly expanding global company in newly created role

Not only will you help shape this newly created role, but you also will mold the accounting and finance function of a company that has grown 30% year over year for the past several years. As you contribute to that growth, you will be in a position to take advantage of the opportunities it creates.

Directing a staff of two, you will oversee all accounting and finance functions, taking "organically grown" procedures to a more formalized level and ensuring we have best practices in place that will scale up readily as we grow. To be a good fit for this opportunity you will have significant and proven experience in financial and accounting management, with at least four years at the CFO level within companies with revenues of at least $25 million. International experience is a must. We're looking for a professional with strong leadership abilities, including vision and strategic savvy.
