Successful candidate must possess a B.S. in Civil Engineering with a minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in land development civil engineering. Must have E.I.T certification with the ability to obtain professional registration in Colorado within one year.~ Skill set required includes high proficiency in AutoCAD drafting and LDD design software with a strong background in grading and drainage design, utility and road design. ~ High proficiency with Microsoft Excel spreadsheets and Word processing software is also required. ~ Experience with open channel and closed conduit computer modeling software helpful. ~ Excellent technical report writing and communication skills. ~ Experience with typical city and county design standards along with planning and zoning processes is helpful. ~ Some business development marketing will be part of overall job responsibilities.
