We are actively seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to join our team, and walk projects from raw land through to construction. The Civil Engineer will be responsible for producing construction documents, research, generating preliminary grading plans, utility plans, on site and off site street plans, and cost estimates. Other responsibilities include: coordinating with outside consultants and governing agencies for design and approvals, providing technical leadership and coordination with the architectural and development team, and initiating recommendations for design improvements and revisions, and perform monthly inspections of construction sites. Requirements: 2+ years experience BSCE AutoCAD, LDD Hydrology classes and/or experience a plus Compensation: Full benefits package Salary is D.O.E.
