Civil Engineers **ONLY**- Grads or CAD Designers

Concordia, Ltd. is an Industry-Leading Engineering & Construction firm that specializes in providing Civil, Structural, Topographical Surveying as well as Construction Management Services for the Wireless / Cellular Tower Sector.  Our team of 25 Professional Associates is focused on providing services to Fortune 500 Clients such as T-Mobile, US Cellular, Crown Castle & Cricket Communications.  We pride ourselves as being a mid-sized firm that is able to give our clients the attention of small firms yet provide our employees and associates the environment and stability of a bigger firm. We currently are seeking to enhance our team with: Highly Enthusiastic Entry Level Civil / Structural / Mechanical Engineers and/or AutoCAD Designers.


Engineering Designer4-Year Degree or 2-Year Degree in any Engineering Technology field. Those with experience in civil grading plans, structural detailing, mechanical design and/or construction documentation in the cell tower industry and/or Tenant Improvement projects can substitute for the above mentioned educational requirements. Ability to be a self-starter and highly motivated. Great organizational skills are extremely important. Direct interaction with the in-house staff Engineers including civil & structural engineers. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2000 or Higher (Micro Station Designers are encouraged to apply as well).

 

Survey / Surveyor DesignerExperience in the drafting of Commercial or Residential Land Surveys. Experience with mortgage surveys is perfectly acceptable. Experience with Topographical surveying standards is a plus. Self-starter and must be highly enthusiastic and motivated to learn. Direct interaction with the in-house field Survey crews and In-house Professional Land Surveyor. Ability to work as part of the team & become a proactive team player. Proficiency with AutoCAD 2000 or Higher (Micro Station Designers are encouraged to apply as well).
