Commercial Construction Project ManagerWe are looking for a Sr. Commercial Project Manager for our commercial real estate development firm located in Dallas.  We are very successful, 10 year old firm that is in a growth mode, contrary to many other companies out there, we have dozens of projects in the pipeline.  We specialize in developing stand-alone retail stores for several national and international companies.  This is a small, tight-knit group that offers a lot of camaraderie but this is a “field” position that requires some travel.  The ideal candidate will have 10-15 years of experience managing construction projects for stand alone, single tenant,retail or restaurant locations.  You must be have extensive  experience dealing with general contractors including, qualifying bids, selecting and hiring GC’s, documenting, and managing the entire build process.   Salary will be in the range of $100k – 125K plus bonus and benefits.  Please call or e-mail me ASAP to learn more!
