Construction Administrator, Office

Little, nationally recognized as a “Best Firm to Work For”, is seeking a Construction Administrator for our Workplace Practice Area in Charlotte.  Our team is currently working on projects ranging from small Class A office facilities to high rise towers to corporate headquarters/campus designs. 

 

The successful candidate will have six or more years of CA experience and will possess excellent communication, organizational, and client relationship skills, as well as AutoCad skills.  In addition, this individual will have a desire to share knowledge with the team, present lessons learned, and champion best practices for the Workplace group.  An Architecture or Engineering degree (or equivalent) is preferred, as is CDT or CCCA certification, LEED accreditation/documentation experience, and cost estimating experience.
