Design-Build Construction firm has immediate opening for an Estimator who has strong experience in conceptual estimating to work in our Worcester, MA Office.

 

Reporting to the chief estimator, the position requirements are: 

 5-10 years experience working in a design-build environment BS degree in architectural or construction management Computer experience with Timberline Estimating software and proficiency in Microsoft products Ability to work as a team with our project managers Experience with all 16 divisions of construction with an emphasis in site takeoff, concrete, masonry, steel finishes. MEP systems knowledge as it relates to estimating a plus.

 

Project sizes range from $5 million to $20+ million in the following markets:

 commercial/industrial scholastic senior living (i.e. assisted living)
