Construction Manager

This is an exceptional opportunity with an integrated healthcare network of hospitals and clinics in the state of Texas.  This network has served the community for the last 75 years by providing excellence in healthcare.  As the community continues to grow, the network is prepared and committed to meeting its needs.  Current projections are estimated to triple in size over the next 10 years.  With growth in mind, and current construction, remodeling and space planning underway, the system is seeking a dynamic and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and assist in their monumental growth.  This position will be responsible for planning, directing and coordinating activities pertaining to the planning, design, construction, renovation and maintenance of an assigned property, new construction and renovation projects in accordance with Hospital policies, documents and governmental regulations.Current projects include but are not limited to adding four new operating rooms, remodeling two medical office buildings, building a new MRI space, adding a fourth floor tower, renovating eight nurses stations and building a new outpatient surgery center.A qualified candidate for this position must have extensive knowledge of established construction and maintenance practices in the state of Texas.  Must also have a minimum of 5 years managerial experience.  Must have a Minimum of a bachelors degree-preferring an engineer or architect.
