Business is booming in the EPC industry, and Fluor is seeking the nation’s top professionals to meet our growing demands in Indianapolis, IN.Contract Admin Specialist IIIIn this key role, your responsibilities will include: Requires a thorough understanding of Maintenance Work Activity Planning and Scheduling Requires hands on experience as a Skilled Trades Supervisor Requires experience in Scheduling /Planning Predictive and Preventive Work Activities as well as Reactive / Emergent activities Requires some exposure to developing and managing a Site Wide Master Requires some exposure and general knowledge of Scheduling work using Microsoft Project or Primavera. This position requires 24hr/day weekend emergency contact coverage via a company provided cell phone on a 4 week rotating basis for the purpose of providing call in support for the Client, for emergency work notification and Contractor scheduling. It is expected that emergency calls will require on-site inspections and contractor guidance. This is to be a local hire. Requirements Requires 1 yr of Scheduling and Planning experience with the CMMS software Maximo Prefer a Bachelor's degree in Business, Construction Management, or Business Law or equivalent experience Requires 2-5 yrs of experience in Contract Management Requires experience with Office Management and Clerical responsibilities as it relates to Purchase Order and Invoice management Interested candidates should apply online at www.fluor.com/careers  Please reference requisition 13776BR.
