Established in 1955, R.E.EDWARDS & ASSOCIATES, INC. is a full service Manufacturers Representative Agency.  We represent manufacturers in the construction industry to the:

 

▪ Door and Hardware Distributors and Sub-contractors

▪ Specialty and Trim Distributors and Sub-contractors

▪ Decorative Plumbing Dealers, and Distributors

▪ Decorative Door Hardware Dealers and Distributors

 

REE’s five outside sales personnel live throughout Northern California and maintain the face to face relationships with each Customer, Architect, Designer, and Developer. 

 

REE’s office staff of two supports the outside sales as well as services our customer’s needs.  The inside sales, customer service position has come available because a key person has retired. 

 

Job Requirements -- A bright personality, and type 50+wpm.  Team player, multi-tasker, and good phone and grammar skills and have an aptitude for good judgment regarding customer service.

 

Job Description – Inside Sales, Customer Service in a two person office, full time 8 AM to 5 PM with a one hour lunch.  Staff lunches occur at least once a week.

 

▪ Manage communications with sales personnel, customers, manufacturers, and others

▪ Interpret plans and specifications

▪ Prepare quotes for distribution

▪ Qualify potential customers, project leads

▪ Monitor and evaluate the activities and services of the competition

▪ Coordinates the marketing literature, advertising materials and promotion tools
