DESIGNER

 

Bialek Environments, a growing and well-established Rockville, MD based Systems Furniture dealer (largest Herman Miller for Healthcare dealer in U.S) specializing in healthcare, research and office environments for Government and Healthcare clients is searching for experienced, energetic and creative team players to join our Design team.

 

Summary:

The Designer will use a combination of education, experience and creativity to specify and develop layouts for medium and large HealthCare and Governmental projects.

 

Responsibilities include:

 

·        Performing specific project interior design, space planning, and development tasks including drawings, calculations, cost estimates and specifications

·        Serve as client's point of contact for questions, comments, and requests

·        Provide client with feedback and follow-up

·        Review and understand drawings prepared by others

·        Perform as a team-player

 

Qualifications:

 

·        BS/BA Degree in Interior Design required from a FIDER/CIDA accredited program

·        Strong organizational skills required

·        Auto CAD experience required and CAP/CAP Worksheets experience preferred

·        Systems furniture/space planning experience preferred
