Great opportunity to work for one of the largest, most influential and successful distributors of HIGH-END kitchen brands...(Bosch, Thermador, LaCornue, Gaggenau..) in the country. We are seeking a dynamic Receptionist / Administrative person to represent the firm. This position is highly visible and all candidates must be polished and articulate and have a positive attitude. High-Profile position!!!

For the right candidate this could be a path to the showroom team and perhaps ultimately a sales position with a successful team.
This position is based in Brisbane. Close to BART & Shuttle. Showroom has a very large parking lot/free parking.



 

Responsibilities:

 

·  Work closely with all aspects of the front desk and assist with various projects when necessary (marketing team, finance, human resources, etc..)

·  Managing and maintaining the front desk and communicating with upper management on various projects when needed

 

 

Qualifications:

·  Four year college degree preferred.

·  Solid analytical skills and creative thinking as well as effective communication and writing skills.

·  Previous experience: Customer Service; Reception Coverage; Corp or Retail Sales helpful.

·  Strong organizational skills and the ability to work alone and with a team if needed

·  Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office applications

·  Entrepreneurial environment- polished attire, professional attitude

·  This is the first person dealers and potential customers will see when they walk into the showroom so all need to be extroverted, warm, pleasant, and match the sense of design, style, and quality that reflect the showroom


Base pay + paid OT and growth potential / Hours would be 8-5
