Director of Business Development

Job Description/Responsibilities:

Provide leadership for strengthening the firms external marketing and positioning strategies. Provides daily contact with potential clients and potential alliance partners for defined geographic / segmented area. Essential functions, depending on skill set, may include cold calling, data mining, collateral submission, and in-person meetings to familiarize contacts with firms scope of services and depth of expertise. Interfaces with Marketing Department to provide updates on mapping relationship-building status updates and facilitating transition from prospect to lead including both CGL and marketing staff.

The appropriate candidate should be from the tri-state area and work in the hospital and healthcare industry
