Responsibilities: Provide support to engineers and related professionals engaged in the planning, design and administration of Urban Land Development projects. Duties to include development research, CAD/drafting support, engineering calculations to support designs, plan submittal coordination, and site review/inspection. Will work with direction from a senior engineer, project engineer or CAD technician. Qualifications: BS degree in Civil Engineering from an ABET accredited university.Registered with or eligible for registration as an EIT.Excellent interpersonal communication skills, both verbal and written are essential.Computer literacy with the Microsoft Office suite of programs.Working knowledge of AutoCAD Land Development Desktop.Ability to work independently and in the team environment.Experience with grading, hydrology, utility design, erosion control, and permitting process.2-3 years minimum related work experience.
