Electrical Designer

 

 

 

Requirements:

 

v  Minimum 5-7 years experience in commercial electrical systems design

v  Ability to work independently and as a strong team player

v  Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment

v  Excellent communication skills

v  Proficiency in AutoCAD 2006 or later

v  Strong computer skills in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook

 

Responsibilities:



v  Creating efficient, cost-effective commercial facilities design 

v  Designing and drafting commercial electrical systems, including lighting, power distribution and building systems

v  Provides for compliance with items such as specifications, tolerances and safety factors when performing highly specialized electrical designs

v  Performs specialized electrical design computations and analysis

v  Coordinates electrical design work with project management and consultants (internal and external)
