Hanscom Air Force Base Civil Engineering Support

 

IAP Worldwide Services Inc (IAPWS) has been awarded the Hanscom Air Force Civil Engineering Support project to provide engineering services at Hanscom Air Force Base installation located in Bedford MA.

 

Mechanical EngineerBS in Mechanical -LEED accredited (Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design) with a minimum of 6-12 years of HVAC mechanical engineering work experience. Must have considerable mechanical engineering HVAC, ventilation duct, piping or plumbing design experience and good project management skills along with the ability to lead, manage, and motivate others within a team oriented environment.

Architectural Engineer BS in Architecture LEED Accredited with 7 years experience  in the design principles, standard and practices. Expert in project planning, project budgeting, scheduling and task management

 Knowledge of Computer Aided Design (CAAD) software and computerized project scheduling. Skilled  in analyzing and identifying architectural elements in building designs for conformance with applicable standards, policies, codes, cost efficiency and program objectives for compliance with design requirements and acceptable architectural practice

 

Electrical Engineer

· BS In Electrical Engineering with minimum of 6-7 years experience in Electrical Engineering, specifically related to electrical design on government installation.

· Project Management experience and skills along with the ability to lead, manage and motivate others within a team oriented environment.
