An award-winning planning, architecture and interior design firm, has a full-time position available for a Healthcare Architect or Project Manager. This leadership position involves direct management of client accounts as well as project management services, and overseeing architectural design on a variety of healthcare projects including inpatient facilities, specialty clinics and medical office buildings. Looking for a creative and energetic person to oversee all phases of the planning and design process.

 

The successful candidate should have a Bachelor of Architecture degree with 5-8+ years of healthcare related design experience, and a working knowledge of AutoCAD. Experience communicating directly with clients, and assistance in the development of new clients is a definite plus!  Should also have experience with OSHPD standards.

 

Responsibilities:
Prepare schematics, design development and construction documents. Prepare work drawings and edit project narratives and specifications. Research materials to determine the appropriate selection for projects. Review construction submittals and assist in construction administration. Will coordinate work assignments with project coordinators and CAD technicians.
