We have been selected by our client, a top ten major advertising company to assist in the recruitment for the following position:

The management/Facilities Department is seeking a dynamic, highly motivated, multi task and detail oriented Facilities Jr. Project Manager to join the team! The Jr. Project Manager will be responsible for but not limited to, updating floor plans, space planning, office relocations, furniture inventory, follow up with vendors and overall maintenance of all floor.

Requirements a MUST:Bachelors Degree in engineering, architecture, interior design, construction management or related degree.Minimum of 2 years experience in facilities project managementKnowledge of reading construction documents, Word and ExcelKnowledge of Auto Cad.Excellent oral and written communication
