Facilities Service Representative

For quick consideration apply hereAssist the customer in processing planned work orders. Keep the customer informed of the job status until completion. Track all work from start to finish. Identify and ensure that functional approvals are obtained as required by the contract. Prioritize and schedule all maintenance work. Maintain the Base Budget for Zone 3. Interface and coordinates with Facility Coordinators, Facility Safety Heads, NASA facilities oversight (safety, environmental, security), researchers, technical personnel, and others to determine technical requirements, proper methods, anticipated budget, and required procedures necessary to accomplish the required work. Provides timely and accurate information regarding schedules, status, problems, and recommendations for improvement. Review proposed work for estimated funds availability and ROME resource availability. Negotiate dates with the customer. Schedule and maintain work on the Long Range Schedule. Consults and supports other MA personnel to develop and integrate center work plans to best meet the needs of all customers. Organizes and participates in meetings with the NASA and with ROME personnel. US Citizenship Required. Two (2) years of college courses and ten (10) to twelve (12) years of related experience. Additional relevant education may be substituted for a portion of the experience. Knowledge and experience with MS office software, Maximo, ROME Integrator and RS means estimating tools preferred.For quick consideration apply here
