Job Description
The following is a list of general responsibilities for this position. It is understood that these general responsibilities are not inclusive of all the duties that this position requires, but instead, are intended as a general scope of work. Maintain and improve client relations. Assist the Project manager and Superintendent. Support the field Staff as directed. Expedite delivery of materials. Assist Superintendent and Project Manager in safety and quality control. Maintain accurate contract documents, including specifications, drawings, and addenda. Track changes to the work. Maintain Shop Drawing and Submittal Log. Communicate effectively progress/problems to senior management, Field Staff, Subcontractors, Architects (as required), and Owner (as required). Assist in monitoring and updating schedules. Review and approve Shop Drawings and Submittals.

Job Requirements:

· Ability to establish and maintain effective relationships.



· Excellent organizational skills

 

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills

· Familiarity with legal terms and typical construction terms

· Excellent internal and external customer service skills

· Must be able to work in a group and independently

· Detail-oriented, able to multi-task and meet deadlines

 

· Demonstrated computer proficiency in SureTrak, Primavera, Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Outlook

 

· Strong interpersonal and communication (both verbal and written) skills.

 

· Organized with a strong attention to detail

· Team player, self-starter, results-oriented

 

·  BS/ BA Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related fields
