  SR. PROJECT MANAGER NEED WITH DESIGN BUILD EXPERIENCE!

A Senior Project Manager is in charge of supervising the business aspects of multiple commercial construction projects. This involves overseeing contract activities on a particular job site, such as communication with the owner and architect, submittals, procurement, budgeting and schedule.

Sr. Project Manager Requirements:10+ years experience managing multiple commercial / industrial construction projects ranging between $20 - $40 million dollars in value. Design Build Experience. MS Office experience. Excellent communication skills, both written and oral. Outstanding organizational skills.

Demonstrated leadership and project successes are expected.  Experience with Government Contracts is a plus!
