Geotechnical Engineer/Special Inspector

The EI (engineering intern) or special inspector will be involved in field inspections of construction sites.  Daily communication with office and on-site personnel about scheduling, testing and results.  Responsible for preparation and submittal of written field reports. 



Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or High school diploma required.  1+ years experience in construction materials testing and inspections is desired.  Minimum of at least ICC certification in concrete required. ICC certification in fireproofing, and masonry and NICET level II (soils) is also desired.  Must pass drug screen and background check and have a satisfactory driving record in accordance with the company’s driving (MVR) policy.
