Orange, CA  This firm specializes in the Architecture practice surrounding Healthcare and Education projects.   If you are interested in high profile healthcare projects in a warm and friendly office environment, we want to hear from you.   Excellent Benefits Package may include 401(k), Health Insurance, Flexible Spending Account, Professional Memberships and Continued Learning.     REQUIREMENTS  Bachelors degree in Architecture 5 - 10 years architectural design experience CA Architectural license preferred Healthcare project and OSHPD experience required  Candidates with LEED certification are highly encourages to apply Responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following: Human Resources: Directs and mentors less experienced staff; participates in human resources issues such as staff performance reviews and conflict resolutions. Participates in firm-wide focus groups and develops materials suitable for inclusion in improvement processes and training. Project leader: Provides key decision making and direction for project teams; responsible for project direction in support of client expectations. Responsible for review of project budget reports and client/consultant invoices. Manages adherence to office standards of design, quality control, and production. Reviews and assures document accuracy for clients, consultants, and project teams. Responsible for QA/QC processes; evaluates and assures intent of recommendations are implemented; assures "lessons learned" are communicated to the QA/QC Council.
