Job Scope

Provides administrative, program and project assistance to Human Resources Department.  Includes HR Operations, Benefits, Corporate HR, Compliance, Retirement, Compensation, Mergers & Acquisitions, and HRIS groups. 



Essential Job Duties

Processes department’s invoices for payment which entails the coding, scanning of invoices, and preparation of transmittal sheets

Processes department’s expense reports for payment, which entails the coding, scanning of expense reports, and preparation of transmittal sheets

Reconciles AMEX P-card invoices with receipts semi monthly to ensure payment & charge accuracy

Run basic reports from HRIS systems

Updates HR contact list on a quarterly basis

Create a monthly detailed spreadsheet (break it down by supervisor/manager/director) indicating how much PTO their employees have and send on a monthly basis.

Process check requests and transmittal forms for Educational Assistance reimbursement (upon course completion and in accordance with company policy)

Provides administrative and project support to the mergers & acquisitions team
