We are seeking a seasoned designer with complex print management experience to join our amazing team. This position involves working closely with the Quantuvis team and clients to design and develop marketing materials from concept development and coordination of copywriting through final print delivery. The Graphic Designer will work on the design of consulting material, including PowerPoint presentations, Word documents, and Excel spreadsheets. This position requires interacting with prospects and clients by phone and e-mail throughout the design process, and working with printers and other vendors as required to develop final materials.

Position SummaryManage design projects from concept inception through print completionMaintain contact with prospects and prepare design proposals as directed by ConsultantMaintain image library, digital records, design department budget, design templates, and other related design department elementsConceptualize, design, and produce branding and promotional materials including logos, paper series, marketing packages, communication mailers, and other materials as requiredDesign and produce print-ready files, including scanning, PhotoShop retouching, chart and graph generation, and checking color separationsConsult with Senior Consultant and clients to identify graphic needs, budget constraints, and project timelines; serves as liaison between client and printersCoordinate print production process to ensure quality: gather print quotes; specs printing work including ink, paper, and print quality; inspects proofs for accuracy; recommend vendors (copywriters, printers, illustrators, photographers)Writes and edits copy, as appropriate 

The Graphic Designer plays an essential role in successful design engagements, supporting Consultants and ensuring a positive client outcome.

 

Required AbilitiesAn excellent designer with strong production skills, able to develop solid, print-ready files in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign on the PC platformFully conversant with Adobe AcrobatProven track record of successful print management experience requiredAbility to consistently follow systems and processes Able to design in-house materials in Microsoft Word and Excel, including forms, tables, organizational charts, and graphsAble to create technically sound files, free of typographical, spelling, or grammatical errorsAble to work as part of a team to creatively develop successful brandsExcellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong intellectual, critical thinking, analytical and reasoning abilities An ability to learn quickly and think on your feet Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a demanding, detailed-oriented environment Independent self starter who works well in a collaborative team environment
