Job description:
Maintain pipeline & contacts through company Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software.Follow up on sales leads.Provide accurate price quotations based on approved pricing guidelines.Work with technical engineers to provide technical product information and/or schedule demos.Enter key sales activities in the CRM & maintain an accurate sales pipeline in the CRM.Develop and maintain a monthly forecast.Qualify prospective customers & identify cross-sell or up-sell opportunities.Prepare sales proposals.Meet out bound telephone calls weekly quota.Work cooperatively with the sales support team to achieve a cohesive and smooth sales process.



Requirements:
Must have manufacturing or architectural or civil engineering workflow background.Proven inside or outside sales success.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Strong organizational and time management skills.Effective interpersonal, presentation, and objection handling skills.Highly proficient in using Microsoft Office.Ability to work effectively and professionally with employees at all levels in a customer's organization.Experience in qualifying and selling software products and related services to companies.
