Ethan Allen, the Nations Top Interior Design Center and one of the top Furniture Stores in the United States seeks designers to join our team.

 

Our Ethan Allen New Orleans showroom has been fully remodeled and our business is growing.

 

Ethan Allen provides a complete line of furniture, extensive relationships with drapery vendors, and all the accessories you need to help you perfect your client’s homes.

 

Applicants should possess the following characteristics:

 

- Interior Design experience and/or an Interior Design Degree

- Great Detail Skills for Building Client Relationships

- Enjoy working in a team environment

- Comfort working in clients homes

- Excellent Customer Service Skills

- A keen sense of style

 

Ethan Allen will provide the training if you have the desire to maximize your earnings by selling complete designs.

 

We provide a base commission of 7% on written business and a very aggressive bonuses program allowing our top designers to make between $40,000 to $100,000 plus.  All designers have a guaranteed income during training.

 

We offer professional management support, an award winning product line, and both national and local advertising to drive additional business. 

 

Full time designers work a 5 day schedule.  Weekends and some nights are required.

 

Designers qualify for a complete benefit package which includes health benefits, employee discounts, an aggressive profit sharing program, paid mileage for qualifying home calls, and paid vacation.
