Job Captain

Chicago based company is searching for a Job Captain for High-End Commercial Kitchen and Facilities Design. Combine your Auto CAD and architectural skills with the organizational oversight of projects from start to finish. Become an important member of a professional, fast-paced team that provides premiere Chicago and National restaurants with state of the art kitchen and facilities design, equipment sales, and installation.  Ideal candidate would have commercial design experience although not necessarily kitchen design.

JOB - RELATED SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS:
- Positive, detail-oriented, self-motivated personality
- Auto CAD proficiency, ability to interpret and produce blue print drawings along with problem solving skills to navigate computer hardware and software issues
 - Advanced MS Office skills
- Food service experience valuable
- Strong verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi task and adjust to fast-paced work load

JOB - RELATED RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Generate CAD drawings of kitchen designs from initial sketches to a complete set of drawings with elevations and relative point of connection drawings
- Compile manufacturer's specification sheets, pricing, and correspondence
- Organization of project details and files
- Attend meetings, site visits, and installations
