JOB TITLE: Job Captain/Project Architect – Higher Education and K-12

 

JOB DESCRIPTION:

A renowned design firms specializing in Higher Education and K-12 projects is seeking a Job Captain and a Project Architect to join their team.

 

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

· Knowledge of building codes, development details, and the organization of construction documents

· Help define project goals and schedules while reporting to the Project Manager

· Communicate and coordinate with engineering consultants, contractors, venders, and architectural staff

 

JOB REQUIREMENTS:

· Bachelors degree

· 3+ years of experience with K-12 and/or Higher Education projects

· REVIT experience a must

· Strong leadership skills and mentoring capabilities in a team environment

· Inter-personal client communication and presentation skills are a must

· Project Architects must be registered in the state of CA
