As we continue to see tremendous growth in our public and private projects portfolio, we are adding another CONSTRUCTION MANAGER to our team.  Experience desired includes:

• 5+ years experience with commercial construction projects.

• Knowledge of architectural detailing, construction methodologies, and project management with the ability to work effectively and efficiently with clients, consultants, contractors and staff.

• Must be extremely detailed and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

 

Duties Include:

• Act as company representative in all field interactions with clients, consultants, and contractors.  Relate detailed information between internal production team and field to resolve questions, implement changes, and manage general communication needs.  Type and produce project correspondences; manage and track documents.

• Manage subcontractor and AIA change orders, RFI's, submittals, issue contracts and attachments for projects, prepare and distribute reports, order and maintain insurance certificates, create and maintain project files, prepare and complete all close-out documents.

• Assist with Agency Processing duties.
