Licensed Architect

Seattle Design Build is seeking an energetic, self-motivatedlicensed architect with 10+ years experience in all aspects of residentialdesign. We feel it is extremely important that we invest in an individual whois optimistic, thoughtful and “actively engaged” with excellent design andtechnical skills. They must also posses the ability to manage our Design Departmentwhich includes maintaining billable hours and various other financial obligationsinvolved with the department. This individual must be proficient in AutoCAD andSketchup is a plus.

 

We are a residential design-build firm located in the SODOindustrial area, across from Safeco Field (GO M’s!).
