MagicDraw Sales and Training Support (Technical Sales Support Specialist)
This position is customer focused, providing pre and post sales support duties as well as training activities. Candidates must possess a strong understanding of UML and how it can be applied to model software, systems, and enterprises. This position is located in the Corporate Sales office in Plano, TX and will require up to 35% travel to customer sites and tradeshows.
Pre/Post-Sales Duties
Provide MagicDraw demos via web and in person to clients, user groups, etc., support users via phone and email. Contribute to and review marketing materials. Attend tradeshows as technical resource.
Training Duties
Deliver MagicDraw and non-MagicDraw courses, Develop/Update training material and conduct training in Plano, TX facility as well as customer sites worldwide.

Document reviews,Testing, Research, Partner support, Product evaluation, Train internal employees, and
Whitepaper authoring
Required Qualifications
Experience with one or more UML modeling tools (MagicDraw, Rational, Sparx, Telelogic, Borland)
Experience as a developer and/or architect
Training experience (or presenting experience)
Willing to travel worldwide
Excellent English with little or no accent
Good interpersonal skills
Experience working in small company environments
Sales Engineer Experience
Good to have Experience
Other languages (Spanish, French, German), Java, C#, C++, MDA (Arc Styler, Mia, AndroMDA, oAW, etc), Systems Engineering ( SysML), DoDAF, Active security clearance, Experience in multiple domains (aerospace, finance, telecom, travel, embedded),
