Marketing Communications Coordinator

Established in 1977 by Cesar Pelli, Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects is an internationally renowned, full service architectural practice that works with corporate, government and private clients to design major public spaces, museums, airports, laboratories, performing arts centers, academic buildings, hotels, office towers, residential towers and mixed-use projects throughout the world.  

 

Pelli Clarke Pelli Architects is seeking a talented marketing coordinator/graphic designer to assist in the design and production of marketing, business development and public relations print collateral and electronic presentations. As an integrated member of the firm's communications department, the marketing coordinator will work collaboratively with Communication Team, the Firm Principals and Studio to creatively promote the firm’s portfolio and capabilities.

 

Responsibilities include:

· Designing and producing proposals and qualifications submittals.

· Creating PowerPoint presentations for interviews and lectures.

· Responding to image/information requests by magazines, newspapers and 
book publishers.

· Compiling submissions for project and firm awards.

· Assisting design teams with design and production of presentation boards; design
  and production of marketing brochures, competition submissions, interview handouts
  and research.

· Working with the Graphic Coordinator and the Archivist to manage the firm’s 
publication library, image library and project information database.

 



This position requires skills in the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; Adobe InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat and Illustrator.

 

The successful candidate will also possess 2-5 years experience in public relations, preferably for an architecture, design, or art-related business. Knowledge of the field of architecture is beneficial. Strong writing, communication and interpersonal skills, the ability to work well with a team, the ability to balance multiple projects and attention to detail are required.
