Marketing Coordinator

Callison is currently seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support our New York office. 

This position supports the New York office in tracking, qualifying and developing new business opportunities in line with annual market plan strategies.  Coordinates and participates in the RFP submittal strategy and researches, writes and compiles RFP components. Develops additional marketing materials as needed. Supports tactic-level communications efforts.

 Works with Seattle-based marketing staff and New York office Studio leads to coordinate the RFP process and project interviews as well as to implement key market plan strategies. Researches potential clients and writes effective copy specific to the needs of each RFP.  This includes production of a significant number of proposal and qualifications packages.Develops and maintains marketing information systems.Identifies and organizes appropriate industry conference attendance.Researches and documents current project information.

 

Successful candidates will have a Bachelor degree in business, communications, journalism marketing, or relevant field required.  Three years of marketing or communications experience required. Must have prior experience in a design/architecture environment.  Advanced project management skills required.  Proven business development planning and implementation experience working with diverse clients/industries desired.  Proven ability to effectively communicate clearly and concisely; both verbally and in writing.  Ability to work effectively within a collaborative team environment and with remote supervision.
