Marketing Coordinator - Architectural Firm

Our award winning Boston office seeks an energetic, self motivated, detail oriented, individual to work closely with the firm’s principals as a member of the Marketing Committee to work on a full range of marketing tasks:



Production and coordination of proposals and presentation materials in a creative, compliant and timing fashion; tracking and preparing for award submissions and conferences; maintenance of marketing databases and regulatory forms; support of business development activities and research as directed.

 

Excellent communication, writing and editing skills, a willingness to collaborate and the capacity to efficiently respond to inquiries from management, prospective clients and co-workers; the ability to identify and meet deadlines effectively, an interest re: integrating graphics applications as outlined by the Directors of Graphics and Design, and a desire to learn about the architectural profession.

 

Bachelor’s Degree, proficiency with Microsoft Office, familiarity with Indesign, Photoshop,  excellent interpersonal skills.
