Position Description:
Adequate staffing is vital to maintaining the relaxed pace and atmosphere that the company desires for its people.
For that reason, we are seeking a Mechanical Designer with proven experience designing and drafting mechanical plans for commercial buildings such as restaurants, office buildings, and shopping centers.

The mechanical designer is responsible for preparing construction drawings using AutoCAD, which typically consists of: calculating building cooling/heating loads selecting HVAC equipment ductwork layouts calculating static pressure performing energy code analysis



Position Requirements:4 Year Degree preferred. 2 Years experience. Proficient in AutoCAD.Familiar with state building codes and standard industry design practices. Able to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. Prefer experience with load software, such as CARRIER HAP or similar.
