Design and develop new integrated circuit projects. Work with production definition to agree upon product specifications. Responsible for creation of development schedule and die size estimate. Block level design, transistor level design and physical design so that product specifications are met. Circuit designs include analog and digital. Design characterization and measurement. Direct lab resources and work with Engineers to ensure circuit is manufacturable and meets customer requirements.

Degree, Field of Study and Experience Requirements: Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related and 2 years as Design Engineer or related. Special Requirements: Must have experience with high frequency analog integrated circuits design in CMOS, bipolar or BiCMOS technologies.
