Municipal Services Leader

Our client seeks a MunicipalServices Leader, or Program Owner for their Peoria, IL office. TheMunicipal Services Program Owner will play a key role in leading theachievement of business results in the Municipal Program for the Stateof Illinois. This role will drive the growth of business with currentand new clients and will also provide oversight and mentorship to theMunicipal group within the Foth Illinois offices, especially the Peoriaoffice. Some of the key areas of focus for this role will include:
• Driving revenue growth
• Identification and response to market trends
• Development and implementation of 3 to 5 year Municipal Program business strategy
• Evaluate effectiveness of current emphases and justify continued investments
• Function as the “catalyst” for the Municipal program and the Peoria office

Job Requirements Education, training, experience: EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE preferred:
• BS degree in an engineering or environmental discipline
• 15 or more years of experience in the consulting/municipal engineering field
• Measurable experience in growing and sustaining a business presence in the municipal market
• Experience, knowledge and interest in leading a team of motivated professionals toward a common goal
• Proven track record of relationship building to facilitate business growth for the short and long term
