National Design Director

MC²  ( http://www.mc-2.com/ ) a leading, nationally-based exhibit, event and environment producer with facilities in 10 cities (Atlanta, Boston, Chicago, Kingman, Las Vegas, Lehigh Valley, New York, Orlando, San Francisco, and St. Louis), ) is seeking a National Design Director  to facilitate a comprehensive program of management and design excellence. Overseeing all of its regional design groups, the candidate will lead the strategy through solution, packaging and presentation of major sales opportunities provided by a national sales force.  

Strong, proven leadership will be required as well as hands-on design ability as this position is to lead by example and mentorship.

Our candidate will have proven experience in fabrication techniques, estimating processes, design modeling software and face-to-face marketing challenges in the areas of trade shows, corporate events and permanent environments.
