Responsibilities:

 

The position oversees the entire Order to Cash (OTC) team relating to their functions in all aspects of credit analysis, order management, collection activity, account maintenance, billing and customer service.  The Director of OTC provides strategic, operational, and problem-solving guidance to the OTC department; defines departmental goals and manages department within budget guidelines; and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with company policy and applicable laws.  The position is responsible for risk and asset management for the department

 Performs credit reviews of new and existing customersApproves lines of credit to level of sign off authority and makes recommendations on lines of creditMonitors customer payment performance to mitigate financial lossMaintains departmental credit files and financial recordsRelease credit orders based on customer credit statusOversee department including overall responsibility for revenue, budgets, and staffEnsure adequate skill development and cross-training of department personnelPerforms risk management assessments and monitors all potential risksEnsure OTC Procedure Manual is up to date and followed as required by Sarbanes-OxleyPrepares reports and presentations to communicate operational performance and key strategiesReviews customer accounts and assists the team  and customer with issue resolutionCoordinate with the annual audit issues that relate to the departmentPerform annual personnel reviewsWork on special projects as assigned by Vice President of Operations

 

Qualifications:

 

8+ years of experience in Credit and collections as well as a bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or business is required.  Strong Microsoft office suite skills and SAP experience is mandatory.  Solid analytical and problem-solving skills are a must. Strong customer service and ability to work within a team environment is necessary.  Strong written and verbal communications is a plus
