Position:

· Outside Sales Representative

· Minimum 3-5 years experience in Outside Business Development

· Proven track record of success

Job Description:

· Represent Company in prospecting all new accounts within a designated territory

· New business development is the significant role, but as business grows so does account  management

· Provide leadership and Project Management for all client projects

· Develop long-term relationships with customers and contractors

 

Compensation:

· Competitive base salary $55-70k

· Expense budget

· Yearly bonus based on incentives

· Competitive, uncapped commission

Typical Day:

· Home office based position

· 7am-5pm is spent in the field, calling on potential accounts as well as providing solutions for current account base

Training:

· 3 weeks initial classroom/hands-on training in Cleveland

· After 6 months in the field, 2 weeks training in Cleveland

· Ongoing support from network of company Representatives and Managers

· Quarterly field days with Regional Management in 1st 12 months
