Property Condition Assessor (Engineer or Architect)

GaiaTech Inc. (www.gaiatech.com) is a growing multi-disciplinary engineering and environmental consulting firm that serves transaction-oriented clients. We are seeking entry-level architects or engineers to work in our Facilities group in Atlanta, Chicago or Dallas. Responsibilities will include working as part of a team and independently in the evaluation of the condition of commercial and industrial buildings in various locations in the US. 

BS or BA in Engineering or Architectural discipline required. Some knowledge of commercial and/or industrial buildings beneficial but not mandatory as training will be provided. Must be detail – orientated, be able to work on a variety of tasks simultaneously, and have good oral and written communication skills. Computer literacy in word processing, spreadsheets and databases is required. Our focus is on delivery of quality services to our clients on time requiring an organized and committed team, potential long hours and travel.
