PLANT MANAGER - Manufacturing

The Manufacturing Plant Manager position is located in Varnville, SC area.  They will be responsible for all production, warehousing and distribution for the facility, including all day-to-day operations.  They will be responsible for full P&L, including budgeting and standards.  They will be responsible for ensuring efficient use of materials, machines and employees.  They will be responsible for developing plans to enhance efficiency and modifying production and inventory control programs to maintain and enhance profitability.  In addition, this person will be responsible for scheduling, EPA and OSHA requirements and reporting.

 

This person must have 3-5 years of prior management experience in the manufacturing environment.  They must be organized, have comprehensive computer skills, good written and verbal communications skills and have the ability to generate and maintain client relationships. 

 

EXPERIENCE:

Required:  Bachelors Degree - Engineering preferred 

Required:  Prior P&L and Budgetary Experience

Required:  EPA and OSHA Requirements

Required:  Technical Competency

Required:  In addition this candidate must be independently motivated, be direction oriented, multi-task, have technical competence, planning and organizing, be detail oriented have good written and oral communication skills.

Salary and Benefit Package:

Base Salary $80,000 to $90,000 annually based on experience plus bonus potential
