In this role, you will effectively plan, coordinate and lead project activities to ensure the attainment of objectives and schedules. Specifically, you will: review project proposals, determine time frames, establish staffing requirements, develop the work plan and arrange for the recruitment/assignment of personnel. In addition, you will outline duties and scope of authority for the project team, direct and coordinate activities, prepare management reports, review status updates, and directly supervise multiple employees.



To qualify, you must have a bachelor's degree, four or five years of related experience, good communications and mathematical skills, and proficiency with Word Processing, Project Management and Spreadsheet applications. Strong initiative and people/project management talents are also essential. Experience with NYC Department of Buildings processes is a requirement while knowledge of expediting, code and zoning are a plus.
