Job Description/Responsibilities:

We are seeking a Project Architect with a minimum of 5 years experience (preferably in High-End Residential) who can run a ground-up project. The ideal candidate is both technically proficient, design sensitive and has excellent organizational and communications skills. The Project Architect will possess the ability to work as an integral part of a project team, ensuring the translation of design intent into construction documentation

Responsibilities Include: Champion the project's design intent by providing technical leadership through both design development and construction documentation to assure delivery of accurate, detailed, and coordinated project documentation. Direct design and coordinate technical documentation amongst disciplines and with sub-consultants. Perform related construction administration tasks including shop drawing review, RFI clarification, and change order preparation. Delivering complete, accurate and coordinated project plans, specifications and construction documents within the time and budget parameters.

Requirements Bachelors or Masters in Architecture AutoCAD Proficiency Strong Communication Skills
