Project Architects and Managers

We are currently recruiting for Project Architects and Project Managers in the Los Angeles area.  We are looking for candidates with Healthcare, Education and Laboratory experience.  Our client is known for balancing their passion, design, sustainability, responsibility, and client service. The ideal candidate is comfortable making decisions on professional design issues and methods, as well as executing overall objectives, critical issues, new concepts, and policy matters.

This position will also plan, direct, and supervise aspects of reports for design or construction projects; and be responsible for finished plans, specifications, or internal approval of materials and construction.

With offices nationwide, the firm has developed a diversified practice encompassing master planning, architecture and interior design for both private and government clients. This is a unique opportunity for the right person to become an integral part of that team, while working to build an expanding practice.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Extensive Experience working with Healthcare, Education or Laboratory proejcts within the last 5 years. 
- At least 5+ years experience as a Project Architect or Project Manager
- Strong computer skills, including AutoCAD, Revit, Photoshop, Illustrator, or SketchUp.
- Construction Administration experience needed
- Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills
- Demonstrated use of advanced professional techniques, concepts, procedures and judgment on client assignments.
- Experience managing group of 5 or more architectural staff
- Ability to multitask and work on several projects concurrently
- Professional registration strongly preferred
